1970

1972 saw the launch of the iconic Deepflow gutter (still going strong more than 40 years later!), followed by a range of bathrooms suites, fencing, cladding, soffit & fascia systems. Marley Plumbing became Marley Extrusions.

1960

Marley introduced injection moulding as a process by which to make fittings. Investment in tool making led to a range of soil products by 1963, followed by underground drainage in 1967. Marley became Marley Plumbing.

1950

Marley formed an extrusions company in 1955, using what was then relatively new technology – extruding rigid PVC. The first in the UK to manufacture rainwater gutter, the design emulated the material most often used for drain pipes, cast iron (hence the double ‘bump’ on our rainwater pipe sockets!)
