Marley Plumbing and Drainage is the trading name for Marley Extrusions Limited, a part of the Aliaxis Group of Companies. Aliaxis is internationally recognised as one of the world's largest suppliers of building and construction products to the buildin, Construction and Home Improvement sectors.

Marley Plumbing and Drainage manufactures products for building and construction applications at its site in Lenham, Kent.

In relation to its impact on the environment, Marley Plumbing and Drainage is committed to the following:

• Compliance with all relevant environmental legislation, and with codes of practice issued by regulators and other bodies to which the company subscribes.
• Conformance with the Environmental Policy of our parent body, the Aliaxis Group.
• Continual improvement in the Company's environmental performance and the prevention of pollution arising from its activities.
• Regular review of the environmental impacts arising from the Company's activities, and the development of objectives, targets and procedures to ensure that these impacts are managed and reduced.
• Communication of the requirements of this policy and its associated objectives and targets to staff, and the relevant training of staff so that they are competent to meet these requirements. This policy will be made available to other stakeholders on request.
• Ongoing investigation into methods to reduce the environmental impact of the Company's products.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure that it reflects the current situation of the Company. This policy will be implemented through a systematic management approach, which will conform to the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard for environmental management systems.
