Quality Policy

The Marley Plumbing & Drainage quality policy is a declared commitment to the design and manufacture of it's products in a manner conforming to relevant British and international standards.

The aim is to provide optimum customer satisfaction by maintaining an effective quality management system, ensuring management, technical and production personnel are conversant with the company's goals and objectives set by the Managing Director and senior management team.

Fundamental to this approach is our commitment to meeting the requirements of BS EN 9001:2000.

Marley Plumbing & Drainage are committed to continually reviewing our quality objectives to exceed our customers' expectations and needs. On an annual basis the senior management of the company undertake a management review to ensure that the Quality Management System continues to be suitable, adequate and effective. Quality is designed into every product and process and this is the responsibility of every employee.

To support and reinforce this policy of ensuring continuous improvement, structured procedures for each department have been developed and implemented.

The Quality Management System manual is issued with the full authority of the undersigned and all relating procedures are mandatory unless nullified by contractual requirements.
