Your Document Folder

1. What is the Document Folder?

We have provided a Document Folder to make it easier for you do download documents from our website. It works a bit like a shopping cart - when you see a document that you want, add it to your folder.

Your folder will keep all your chosen documents during your time on the site. When you are done, you can download all the documents in one click. Remember, if you leave the site, your folder will be cleared.

2. How do I add Documents to my Folder?

Simple! Instead of clicking on the 'Download' link, click on the 'Add to Folder' link instead. The document will appear in your Folder along with any others you have selected.

To view the contents of your Download Folder, click the View Download Folder icon on the blue bar near the top of the website...

3. How do I download my Documents?

First, click the View Download Folder icon on the blue bar near the top of the website. This will display the contents of your Folder.

Next click on the 'Download Documents' link and all your chosen documents will be sent to you in one neat package!

4. What do I do with the .ZIP file?

Your chosen files will be saved to your computer packed in an archive with a .ZIP file extension. Most computers will be able to open this file straight away. If you are unable to open the file, you may need an archive utility to open it.
