Rainwater systems that stay looking better for longer...
Marley have always led the way with rainwater systems. However now Marley introduce a step change in product innovation - Life4. Life4 gutters look better with high gloss levels and last longer with stable colour retention levels of up to four times longer than standard PVCu rainwater systems.
Life4 gutters and downpipes are manufactured using co-extrusion, a process where two different materials are extruded simultaneously to make one product. A higher specification material is used to form a highly durable capping layer on the outside, with standard material on the inside.
Colour fastness of dark materials has traditionally been difficult to sustain over long periods of time, with weathering leading to the colour and gloss fading. Co-extrusion ensures a high quality, consistent finish with stable colour retention levels of up to four times longer than standard PVCu rainwater systems, without any increase in cost.
