Competition Terms & Conditions

The image must feature a scene from nature as its main subject and can be taken anywhere in the world.
You can submit up to 3 photographs. Prints should be a minimum size 5" x 7" and a maximum size 10" x 8". High resolution digital images can be sent to us on CD-Rom, but must be accompanied by printouts. Both colour and black and white images are eligible.
Each image or printout should be labelled with the photographers name, address and telephone number. Please supply a self-addressed envelope if you require the photographs to be returned.
All entries must be the photographers original work. The photographer grants Marley Plumbing & Drainage a licence giving the right to use and reproduce the images at any time and for any purpose for up to two years. Copyright of the image remains with the photographer.
Written consent is required from a parent/guardian/carer if any person under the age of 18 or vulnerable adult is featured in the photograph.
Your contact details are provided solely for the purposes of us to contact you regarding the competition. We will not pass your data on to any third parties.
Marley Plumbing & Drainage will endeavour to acknowledge the photographer, but is not obliged to do so.
Marley Plumbing & Drainage accepts no liability for loss or damage caused to the entries and no responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries.
Closing date for submissions is 31st August 2012. A panel of judges will decide the winners during September 2012 and their decision is final.
Judging will take place during September 2012 and the winners will be notified by 30th September 2012.
