Fixing the fascia

If located in an area subject to heavy snowfall, the fascia bracket centres should be reduced from 1 metre to 800mm as a precaution

Notch jointing

It is possible to use an alternative method of installation for Deepflow gutter.

This method means that fittings do not have to be fixed to the fascia.

This is achieved by cutting a notch in the end of the back edge of the gutter and inserting a notch adaptor into the fitting.

Cutting gutter and pipe

It is important that gutter and pipe have a straight cut edge.

To achieve this easily, use a fascia bracket or pipe clip as a template and mark with a pencil.

Use a fine toothed saw to cut the gutter, a hacksaw for instance, however make sure the blade is sharp.
